It depends on two things; what your tolerance is (some people cannot tolerate ants being inside), and the other thing is how bad is your ant problem ... .
I’m not talking about scouts, where you’d have three or four you see, I’d say that’s not worth doing anything about.
But if you have large trails of ants on a regular basis, that’s when you have to make a decision. ‘Okay, can I live with this and just use soap and water to kill that trail of ants, and then probably have to do it again tomorrow, or, do I need to get somebody out here to take care of this problem’?
