A lot of times people tend to retreat and really don’t want to approach the boss, but I think it’s vital that you do.
And I think in most cases, people would be surprised that you can approach your boss; tread lightly if you’ve got a strong personality boss, but sit down and just talk, and start a dialog ... .
I think you’d be surprised how much you can accomplish in one conversation, and how much you can start to understand what may be at the root of the relationship problems.
