Tip:  Too much juice can take the “healthy” out of a healthy breakfast

Juice is a very quick way to get in a lot of unwanted calories.

Remember those small juice glasses from decades ago that were three or four ounces? That’s about the size you should have.

If you’re filling up a glass that’s ten or twelve ounces or more ... you’re gonna get yourself in trouble.
