Before we see our paycheck, I always recommend that we take our money and put it into our 403 B or 401 K accounts and put money away for the kids college fund all way before we ever see it.
That to me is probably the most powerful financial tool that we have ... . If we don’t see it, we don’t even think about it, [and] we certainly can’t spend it ... .
It’s amazing when you start to realize and acknowledge that money or that material possessions won’t bring you happiness, what kind of peace you find, what kind of calm you find in your life ... .
When you see that kind of mental shift ... you really get to that place of financial peace.
