Tip:  Take action against stress BEFORE the holidays start

Going into the holiday season, you need to have a priority list.

What I suggest is sit down early on, and write down everything that you think that you need to, should, or want to do. And make that list as exhaustive as possible.

Then, and this is going to sound a little strange, look at the list and ask yourself this question: “At any other time, would this be a reasonable set of tasks for me to accomplish?”.
