They keep their eyes out for competing offers from ... satellite providers.
They’ll take this information, and every six months or so they’ll call their cable company and say,’Hey, look, this other provider here says that they can give me the same stuff you’re giving me, but they’ll give it to me for a lower rate. Can you match this offer?’
And they’ve had tremendous success with that.
