Insurance Problems

Tip:  Don’t take it personally if you’re ‘dropped’ by your insurance company

It’s ... [a problem] if you have a frequency problem that cannot be corrected, like you have a doberman that seems to bite every ... person ... and you don’t want to get a new dog.

Those things are a problem; liability frequency type issues. Slip and falls on driveways, that’s a problem. But property things that have been rectified, frozen pipes, you put in a temperature monitor. Your house was robbed, you put in a central station alarm.

Things like that that are fixed just work out great, and other companies are excited to take that risk, with no penalty to do it.
