It all depends on how much time you have.
The simplest thing to do is recycle the paper and forget about it.
If you want to be more aggressive you can call up the company and tell them to take you off their list, and if they refuse, keep calling them ... They’ll make a calculation of ‘well this guy’s not going to buy anyway; why should I spend the money to send him faxes that he obviously doesn’t want, and not only that, he’s wasting our time’.
And so if you shift economics such that you become economically a very bad investment for them, then they should take you off their list.
