Tip:  Minimize sudden changes in health habits to minimize migraines

The brain of a person with migraine is a brain that does not like sudden changes, so going rapidly from stress to relaxation is a trigger.

Changes in health habits in terms of sleeping seven hours during the week and then sleeping ten hours on the weekend ... .

Excessive coffee use, excessive alcohol use, weight variation; all these potential triggers can bring on a migraine in somebody who is predisposed to the conditions, so adequate health habits, and what we call the ‘health hygiene’ is one of the most critical things that a patient with migraine can do.
