If you’re eating something and you don’t have a clue where it came from in the universe, ‘is it animal, vegetable, or mineral?’, as a starting point, that’s a problem ... .
You think about the ingredient list of natural foods, it’s one thing. The ingredient of a banana is banana.
So, when you start to see ingredient lists that run off the page, that’s a problem.
Have some sense of where your food is coming from. Less processed is generally better, and, you’ll find if you eat simpler foods, shorter ingredient lists, you’re actually avoiding a class of flavors engineered into highly processed foods that over stimulate the appetite center.
