PC Maintenance

Home

Tip:  Don’t treat your PC like a household appliance

There are three areas that I would point to.

First of all there are security measures that have to be done because unfortunately there are hazards out there on the Internet.

There are some routine housekeeping maintenance things, keeping things clean and so forth, that have to be done.

And then another area is backing up anything that’s important or that you don’t want to lose on your computer, because they do crash sometimes.

It used to happen about to about five percent of hard drives (I don’t know what the statistics are now) but I see people all the time, they have precious things, photos or their tax records or whatever, and their hard drive goes and they can’t get it any more.
