Ranches ... are desirable by many different types of buyers.
They are an entry into single family living for first time home buyers. They give people a little more elbow room than they’ve had in an apartment.
And these days, given the fact that we of the ‘baby boomer’ generation are doing our aging thing, people love the fact that they have first floor living again ... .
They are adaptable to many different types of family ... (but) the interesting thing about a 1952 aged garage is it’s small, it’s narrow, and it’s not as deep as we need.
And I have people come in with tape measures to see if their van or their SUV will fit.
