What’s important even if you’re not one of the popular kids, so to speak, is that you still have at least one close friend who can support you and can be there for you ... .
I’m sure a lot of adolescents would resist quite a bit of heavy handedness or parental intervention in the area of friendships, so there might not be necessarily specific things to do, but ... to know that it’s an important factor for ... other areas of success later in life.
