Sometimes they’re sad and they need to cry. Sometimes they’re just very frightened and they need to share that they’re scared. And sometimes they’re angry and ... need to express that through tantrums - and I don’t consider temper tantrums to be misbehavior.
I consider tantrums to be healthy and normal, and a good sign that the child is feeling safe enough to release built up frustrations and anger.
