Tip:  Combine breathing, stretching, and moving to calm your mind and energize your body

The Yoga can be seen as stretching and breathing, where as Tai Chi can be seen as moving and breathing, and meditation itself, such as Zen Meditation from Japan can be seen as sitting and breathing ... .

The thing that ties it all together is the breathing ... .

We have all sorts of issues with our bodies, and a lot of people tend to look for something to help themselves. There’s a whole bunch of ‘looking outside’ for some pill or some crystal or some magnet or something that’s going to help them feel better, and I think it’s very important to turn around and look inwards ... and realize that we have the tools to help ourselves.
